5-15 Minute Visit
Essential care only (food, water, and litter box maintenance) or food and medication drop-in while cat owner is in town but away from the home. Must book a 25 or 45 minute visit at least 1x after 2 days of consecutive quick visits.
For homes with no more than 2 cats only.

Most popular drop-in option. Recommended 1-2x a day for 1-2 cats

Recommended for homes with 3 or more cats and for any cats require additional special attention (more complicated medicine administration, cats that get separation anxiety, kittens that require extra play time and socialization, etc.)

Extended Visit - Overnight
10-12 hours in your home, covering morning and evening routines. For pets that are medically stable but require additional monitoring overnight. Ideal for: post-surgery recovery, managing mobility issues, chronic illness monitoring, managing severe separation anxiety, and diabetic pets

Extended Visit - Workday
6-8 hours in your home where the sitter works remotely from your home, providing consistent human presence for your cat(s). This ensures your cat maintains their routine and receives personalized attention and monitoring throughout the day. Includes up to two scheduled meals. Ideal for: pets that require multiple daytime medications, have higher emotional needs, or cats that are normally fine overnight but become anxious when left alone during the day

All visits include the following:
Feeding

During the meet and greet, we will meet you and your cats in your home to better understand your pet’s needs and establish trust between both parties. During the visit we will discuss:
Care routine instructions
Medical needs and emergency info
Home access and safety
Any questions that you may have

We are experienced in administering the following:

Clients are sent the visit schedule and estimate for approval for each booking. invoices are sent within 2 weeks of the first visit.
50% of the total balance is due on or before the first date of the reservation.
The remaining 50% is due 3 days after the last scheduled visit.
Bookings cancelled within 48 hours of the first scheduled visit will receive a refund for all paid amounts, minus a $35 last-minute cancellation fee. Bookings cancelled before 48 hours of the first scheduled visit will be fully refunded.

We understand that emergencies happen so please notify us ASAP of any changes or cancellations.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the first visit: will refund all but the $35 deposit.
Cancellations made before 48 hours of the first visit: will refund full amount.
If a client needs to cancel any visits once the scheduled reservation period has begun, a refund for the unused visits will be issued in the form of a credit towards a future booking.

All cat clients must be under the care of a primary veterinarian, current on all required vaccinations, and maintained on a consistent flea preventative. All cat clients must be medically stable and not actively contagious. While we are experienced in managing chronic, stable conditions, we can’t accept bookings for pets that require immediate, critical medication attention, are in the midst of sudden decline, or are actively ill.

Our sitters are prohibited from allowing cats outdoors unless the client provides us written authorization and a release of liability

Clients must disclose any other individuals expected to enter the home during the scheduled sitting period. BQCS is not liable for any issues resulting from the actions of any third party visitors

We will follow the directions and protocols per clients’ provided emergency contacts and emergency protocols in case of illness or injury. We are not liable for any illnesses or injuries related to pre-existing conditions

Unless the client opts out in writing, photos and/or videos of their pet(s) taken during visits may be used for the company’s promotion and marketing purposes.
