Frequently Asked Questions

Booking and Services

How does cat sitting work with Biscuit Queen Cat Sitting?

We provide professional cat sitting services where an experienced and trained cat sitter visits your home to take care of your cats while you’re away. As opposed to boarding, this provides care within the comfort of your cats’ home so they can have a stress-free experience and can maintain their routine.

Here’s how it typically works:

  1. Initial screening - Our team will send new clients a short questionnaire to share details about your cat care needs. This will help determine if our services are able to meet your needs.

  2. Meet and Greet - after screening, we will schedule a meet and greet with you and your primary sitter so you can meet, discuss schedules, and go over the care instructions.

  3. Booking - After the meet and greet, we’ll confirm the first booking dates with you and send you the proposed schedule, payment schedule, and invoice for deposit.

  4. Visits - Your primary sitter will come to your home for cat sitting services. You will receive updates (photos, videos, and a recap) after every visit so you know your cat is happy and cared for

Sitter Questions

Can I meet my sitter before booking?

Yes! All initial meet and greets with any of our sitters are complimentary.

Who will be my sitter?

We do our best to provide consistency by assigning a primary sitter to you and your cats. Your primary sitter will handle all or most of your visits and will be introduced to you during the initial meet and greet.

Your primary sitter will depend on your location:
West LA/Midcity - Angie
Central LA (Ktown, Echo Park, Silverlake, Filipinotown, Downtown) - Gaby
Pasadena - Genevieve

We may assign a secondary sitter to cover your primary sitter’s days off. This ensures our sitters get scheduled days off and helps maintain a high standard of care.

If a secondary sitter is needed for your reservation, we will always notify you in advance and are able to set up a complimentary meet and greet with the secondary sitter if desired. All sitters are trained, trusted, insured and background checked.

Are you insured?

Yes! All of our sitters are insured through Pet Sitters Associates. Insurance certificate available upon request.

Do you have testimonials or references?

Yes! We can provide client references upon request. You can view our reviews on our google business page.
